Very rude, Went in for a new card and got up to the tellers desk and they asked what I need I told them a new card. I pick out the card (which it was the Selma to Montgomery march card). She stated it will be ready in 10 mins and she would bring it to me so I went to the lobby waited for 30 mins. Got up and went back to the teller desk and asked about the card so she went to check and when she came back with the card she threw it on the on the counter instead of handling it to me in my hand. So I had an issue with the atm taking my money and proceeded to walk in the branch and get this issue addressed. As I walked in, the receptionist Tammy, is having a personal conversation and I just waited until the conversation was done. I wasn’t rude or obnoxious. Instantly she said oh they can see you over there (referring to the teller) and went back to her convo. Not asking what I needed or anything.
