I had to go have a new debit card made due to someone trying to hack my account. (luckily, Max was super proactive, stopped the fraudulent transaction, and locked my account. So no further fraud could take place.) My worst experience with max in 40 years. On Friday at 2 pm they have 2 tellers and one customer care agent which was giving her life history on her family and what she watched on Tv for 30 minutes to a couple opening an account
