Went in to cash a check for my minor son. Instead of cashing the check they tried to give me the run around that my minor son needed identification. I have been banking with Max for many years but I question my loyalty when they seem to hire stupid people. Next was them pushing a minor account on me. Don’t you think as a father i would know when my child is ready for a minor account? My son is 14! This was a horrible experience and I’m bank shopping now!
Staff is always very friendly, they make me feel good as a customer. Love banking here
The call center loan process is a joke. Would not recommend attempting to get a loan with this company.
Impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Sat on hold for 30+ min and then just finally scheduled a call back. Will i get a call back? Probably not🙄
