I've been a member at Max for about 40 years. The Millbrook branch is where I do all my business and every employee is top notch! Extremely helpful and the very best of attitudes. Always made to feel welcome. They should all receive a big raise, effective immediately! You're not just a number at Max like you are at a bank. If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would do so.
I had a problem with synchronization on my account, well Ashley Taylor took time to get my account straightened out for me she made several calls to help me and she is very patient, knowledgeable and kind. I had another issue that she handled sufficiently. Thank you Ahshley👏🏼👏🏼
