Been with them for 40 years. Never got real personal with them because if their sternness. More personal with Guardian. They are great. Only with Guardian maybe 30 years. Anyway I’ve never had a problem with either.

Their website is awful. Finding a link to sign in and manage your account is painful and support is not good. Viewing and printing accounts lacks information and formatting. This is a second rate organization. They wouldn't give me a mortgage for a home that was in foreclosure for 2 days. Wells Fargo did it quickly. I'm transfering to Wells Fargo next month.

We have used Max Credit a Union for 15 years and they have provided us with excellent service.

DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT use this financial institution for your banking or loan needs. If you are a member of the Armed Forces, go elsewhere for banking. It's a shame their info states they were founded at Maxwell Air Force Base because they have zero regard for military members.
