card captured at their atm. needed card ASAP , they refused to rush ship without a charge. Went today , had an emergency. I had my work Id and a picture of my id. They wouldn’t let me get funds but I watched a man with no id , no wallet *he explained this aloud* withdraw $1500 specially in 50s.
