Don't go here. This Maxwell AFB branch is is technically open, and the sign says you can make an appointment. However, they will not perform any services for depositors.
This was super weird. Lobby to access a teller is only open by appointment only. There is no ATM. I found out there are 3 other ATMs across base, just not at the bank. It Almost seems like it would be better to just close this down. Glad I don’t have an account here.
Appointment Only?? What?
Never opened. I just sat in line at drive thru for 30 minutes. Me and another car left. I don't even know why they are here. They never answer the phone and the hrs on this are apparently wrong because they are never opened!
The absolute worst bank ever! Not referring to this branch but the whole bank in it’s entirety. They charge overdraft fees for transactions that has not even posted yet. Not to mention if you heck your account in the middle of the night your balance would be incorrect! Some of your transactions won’t be posted! I made a big mistake banking with this company!
