If I could leave zero stars, I would. Max Casino in Carson was an absolute nightmare from start to finish and I would warn anyone thinking of staying here: DON'T. We originally chose this hotel to be close to Carson Tahoe because my father is undergoing chemotherapy, and we needed to stay nearby. We could have stayed in Reno for free (in beautiful comped rooms) but we stayed local for his care. And this is how we were treated?
