Great Service! Highly recommend.
Would probably be fine for light loads, but the very FIRST TIME I put a moderate load of topsoil and gravel on the trailer, the FRAME BENT at the point where the tongue and trailer frame are welded! Bent to the point that the poor paint job even crinkled and chipped off! The FIRST USE! These trailers are NOT designed for strength and real commercial use. VERY disappointed.
Big thanks to the entire team at Max Built trailers in Chatsworth. Vincent made the buying process fast and simple. Awesome experience and will definitely return for my next purchase.
I ordered a trailer with a $200 deposit over 3 months ago, I've reached out 4 times via email and have only been contacted once to be told "July the 4th" held up material delivery, I ordered 2 month prior to July 4th. Now I've asked for my deposit back and am being ghosted, very disappointing, do not trust a company that doesn't stand by their word, was told 6-8 weeks to fabricate. I just want my deposit back. keep your trailer, you failed in executing your word and you failed in communication. Simple business acumen.
