I ordered a trailer with a $200 deposit over 3 months ago, I've reached out 4 times via email and have only been contacted once to be told "July the 4th" held up material delivery, I ordered 2 month prior to July 4th. Now I've asked for my deposit back and am being ghosted, very disappointing, do not trust a company that doesn't stand by their word, was told 6-8 weeks to fabricate. I just want my deposit back. keep your trailer, you failed in executing your word and you failed in communication. Simple business acumen.
