I had a frustrating experience at a Maverick fuel station in south jordan, and it’s not the first time. Yesterday, I scanned my app and paid with the same debit card linked to my Nitro card, expecting a discount on fuel. However, I didn’t receive the full discount I was promised. I reached out to customer service to address the issue, but they completely blew off my email and gave me an unhelpful response, suggesting I get a new card without even addressing why I didn’t get the discount in the first place. Besides the food being overpriced… every single day I’ve gotten a breakfast burrito I end up taking most of the tortillas off because I’ve ate wax paper more times than I can count. I wrapped a donut in the wax paper and it literally took off all of the chocolate. Terrible food quality. Makes you wonder how cheap they really are and how much they make off of “convenience”
