I had a case with Kina Mancha of which case is now pending with the county judge. There's something mentally wrong with Kina. She's been at this position for too long. She's completely emotionless and views her job as a chore rather than a service to the community. She never greets individuals in her office and she keeps her head down stoic at all times. She has more stress in her mind than a psychiatrist who has attended the needs of a thousand patients. Best of luck.
