This company charged an employee of mine $1000 because they went over state lines. The car was returned to their facility without any issues. They claim they disclosed this to my employee. Regardless, the charge is excessive. Stay away from this company. I would give zero stars if I could.
Shady. Used my credit card on file to fuel another rental, as mine was returned on a full tank. Not worth the cheaper prices.
When I got the car everything was fine. After returning the car, I did what they instructed me to do but I guess I touched something wrong and the lock got jammed. They charged me an extra $150 for a locksmith. I found out 2hours after speaking to someone about the incident. They asked me to write a review about my experience before charging me the locksmith charge and when I finished the review I see I am asked to send a payment of $150 for a locksmith. I would not recommend. Even though I prepaid on Travelocity, they will expect you to buy insurance, and will charge excessive fees as soon as you return your car. They make gross exaggerations, like trying to tell me it took 5 hours for them to vacuum alleged dog hair and wipe off alleged dog slobber.
