My experience with Maven Lawyers in relation to an estate matter was frustrating and at times, concerning. For me, communication was consistently slow, with extended periods between responses. Basic information required repeated follow-ups and key matters — including tax issues - estate accounting — were not provided unless specifically requested. Gina has helped me on many occasions over the years, and most recently she looked after some estate matters for me. Gina is professional, caring, and incredibly easy to talk to, which made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.
