Ms. Ballenger is by far the best massage therapist I've ever visited. This is more than a massage; it's consultation, it's life coaching (kinda), and it's clear that she cares about her client's overall health and wellbeing. Stress and anxiety landed me in the emergency one week before my session with Maury, and she offered a great deal of advice and even gave me stress bands to use at home and in my office.
I’ve had many massages over the years and Maury is one of the best massage therapists I’ve had. She tailored the massage to my needs and was very informative about how I could reduce tension in my neck and shoulders. I wish I lived in the Memphis area so I could get massages regularly from Maury.
