Lina was exceptional. She explained everything and answered all my questions. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. I will be going back to her to do my taxes because of her patients and knowledge, she makes you feel like one of the family. There should be a lot more people with her demeanor and work ethic.

Terrible experience two years in a row. Last year they sent my check to the wrong address and didn’t get my check until last October. This year I confirmed with them they were sending it to the right address but after weeks of waiting turns out they did it again. They told me to call the irs and I said no they need to call and fix their mistake. They don’t take any accountability then they claim they are going to charge me to call.
