Antoinne is the best. He is so helpful and generous as well as uplifting. His presence fills the store and he is there whatever you need ! Even if he’s with another customer he gives you a comforting wink letting you know he sees you and he will be with you soon🥰HE IS THE REASON I always shop here even if I don’t need anything. Antwine was wonderful today! Customer service lacks here, and you're lucky if you can even get an employee to make eye contact. He got me set up in a dressing room, offered to take my load off and even told me about the deals going on. He definitely made my shopping experience enjoyable and I HATE shopping. He wasn't pushy nor did he ever make me feel unwelcomed or rushed. I wish there were more employees like him everywhere!
There were two workers who were not welcoming and did not greet us. When we were finally helped, they were cold and dismissive. Horrible customer service.
My wife just returned home from the Midland location. She mentioned 2 employees were working, and neither asked if she needed assistance. We even said "let me squeeze by you real quick" without asking if she was looking for anything or needed help. Needless to say, we're highly disappointed with the store.
Antwine was so sweet and helpful during my visit! He went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed. The store was also very clean and organized, which made shopping such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
