I have always received excellent customer service at every Maurice’s location until today. I walked into this location and no one made the first attempt to help me. One clerk looked straight at me and turned her back. Another walked past me, smiled, and never said a word or ask if she could help with anything. My husband and I were two out of three customers in the entire store. When I wasn’t helped I made a selection and helped myself to a dressing room. After that we just left without making a purchase. Riley and Tristan were literally the sweetest 😩 I came in shopping for some pants that would fit since I’m about six months out postpartum. I was able to find 3 pairs, and some cute shirts too! I’d 100% recommend coming and shopping with them! They’re very knowledgeable about their inventory, and super helpful about when to come back in to get the best deals ❤️ Thank you guys!!
Needed some fragrance but store was out of it. After almost two hours of the clerk trying to order it for me still no product. Most insufficient customer service I have ever experienced. I will not shop the Valley Hills Mall store ever again.
