I love this store!! Samantha is amazing and provides excellent customer service! I call her my personal shopper. ☺️ She is so knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store. I appreciate her patience. You are very lucky to have her as an employee. She rocks!!!
If I could give them ZERO star's I would!!! I was in this store in Lexington for about 30mins and NO ONE offered to help me, and NO they were not busy! Check the labor! but they walk around the store and watched my every move!! I heard them greet other people and ask them if they needed any help but not one time did they ask me nor did they offer their services! I am highly disappointed in the customer service and the way I was treated as a paying customer!!!!
