I came in here to do some Christmas shopping, there was a very rude lady wasn’t very nice at all. I was very nice to her and said hello when I walked into the store, besides that she didn’t talk to me at all. None of the staff asked if I needed help the whole time there, I didn’t even get a smile from any of them. I definitely recommend going to the Maurices on Thomas Road instead, because at least the staff is nice and inviting. Love this store
Scummy bait and switch sale prices. The items were marked as 75% off, but the fine print was *up to* 75% off and really only $2 off. Get rid of your scummy practices and maybe you'll get more customers.
I choose this store over others for the quality of the clothes and reasonable prices, but most importantly the friendly sales team. They are so nice and welcoming and keep me coming back!
