Every time I go into Maurice's I feel like the only customer there.. their customer service is THAT GOOD!
I love the selection and have shopped Maurice since before they came to WNY, but Saturday November 19th was my first time in the Orchard Park location. I was 4 days out of a double mastectomy surgery and shouldn't have been out yet. I explained to one of the employees that I couldn't lift and asked her to assist me with a pair of boots. Not only did she help me but explained my situation to the other girl working. They were so helpful never letting me carry anything. All the females that work here are so disgusting! I say females because they do not deserve to be called women. They are immature and make you feel so horrible . They act like they are so privileged and you are waiting there time and a bother to them. Especially the rail sickly thin black hair girl, horrible horrible person. She could not stop talking about my weight! I am not skinny but 5 foot 4 and 125 lbs is pretty good for a 38 year old with 3 kids! Fire them all!
Rude staff, especially manager. Cashier messed up my transaction charging me twice, and a week later not refunded.
This is located in the mall and is an outlet store. Lots of selection and prices are good. Employees are nice
There have really cute clothes here and have sales a lot. The employees are friendly and helpful.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! Always feel welcomed, and taken care of at this store! The minute I walk in I am greeted and asked what I can be helped with! While in dressing rooms you are checked on and asked if you need a different size or something else, this saves me so much times!! The employees are always welcoming and nice! The prices are a little above average, but they sometimes do have awesome sales!
The clothes and accessories are amazing I absolutely love everything. That isn't even mentioning the staff yet, they are the sweetest and so helpful. I absolutely love coming to this store.
