One of my favorite stores. This Maurice's has the most helpful sales people. Sarah was amazing!
I decided I needed to have a me day and go shopping, the lovely ladies at Maurice’s were so lovely and helpful - I hadn’t been out shopping in a few years and they made the experience so wonderful!!! Cheryl (hopefully that’s spelled right) was especially amazing!! :D
Their posted business hours aren’t right, they were closed with this note on the gate when I was there at 2:00pm, with no indication if they would be back in 5 minutes or an hour. I took off work early to get to their store so this really messed up my plans.
I live in Granby and was in town Saturday to run errands and to try to return 2 items, one of which I purchased online. However by the end of the day my phone had died and this was my last stop before I went home. They refused to return my item unless I was able to look up my account and give them the order number. I unfortunately couldn't do so and they told me they couldn't look it up even though I used my maurices account. They just stood there and looked at me, didn't try to help me at all.
