I was very disappointed in the way I was treated on my shopping trip. I was critiqued for wanting to exchange a pair of jeans. The selection was slim, and I ended up exchanging for a sweater. The associate refused to assist me with sizing, and said that I could not return the jeans due to not having a tag.
