I recently shopped at this store and had the absolute best experience with Brandie. I just had a baby and wasn’t feeling very confident about my body, but Brandie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and beautiful. She took the time to really listen to what I liked, pulled several outfit options, and never once made me feel rushed or self-conscious. Walked in on 4/17 to shop for a baby shower outfit. I’m 7 months pregnant, so peeing is just a constant at this point. As a woman’s clothing store you would think they would accommodate a pregnant customer. Apparently public restrooms are against Maurice’s policy. Someone should really look into changing that. I took my business elsewhere.
I’m not sure who it was finding my online order but boy was she rude. The minute i had the interaction with her. I’ve been in retail/customer service for over 10 years, I’ve met some people, but she was something else. I admit towards the end I was getting snippy with her, but how she was, was not nice. I refuse to step foot in this store. It’s less than a mile away from my house, but I will gladly drive all the way out to Gretna or to Westroads to shop. The manager (the one with the mole) is incredibly rude, and she either completely ignores you (like walking right by you with arms full of clothes & not offering a fitting room) a or yells all the deals going on in store from across the store at you the minute you walk in the door.
