Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was shipped the wrong item for an online order so my daughter returned the item to the Grove City store, complete with the order number and receipt of payment. They kept the item but refused to give the money back stating that we had to call customer service. After 30 minutes waiting on the phone and attempts to use the chat and text options, no response.
