Went in on 3\27 and purchased items in store and 1 item online (associate ordered for me). Had a "system error" even though it said approved on my side and they made me run my card again. I got double charged and when I asked about it they said oh it's a hold and it will come off (even though she has JUST said no charges happen until items ship) so I wait and today 3\31 I get a THIRD CHARGE for the same item ordered when it shipped. ALL CHARGES HAVE CLEARED MY ACCOUNT no "hold" was refunded, customer service won't help me bc... read more
