I love maurices! The employees are always so helpful and friendly. On this visit I purchased a shirt and when I got home I noticed it had a hole in it. So I went back hoping they had the same size so I could exchange it. They did! Idk their names, but a lady got the shirt for me and the guy at the reg made it an easy process and was very apologetic about it. It was storming and he even asked me if I wanted a bag to put on my head to keep from getting rained on! Outstanding service!

I relocated and visit the Maurice’s store in Huntsville looking for particular pieces. Steve set up my fitting room as if everyone was a celebrity. The way he worked the room greeting and checking on customers, handling business, and checking out was outstanding. He gave enough space but was there to support. I didn’t feel like a customer I felt like a client. You would have thought the customers there that day were exclusive clients at Macy’s 28 Shop in Chicago. Great experience and the items I got from there were so nice!
