He explains in clear detail, the mortgage lenders availability to you and depending on your financial situation, can provide your best recommendation to get approval. Maurice is also very professional and understanding of our family's financial situation - we wanted to pursue a lower interest rate to help with cost of living. In the end, he helped us get a lowered rate with our existing lender and we're very pleased. Highly recommend Maurice to everyone!
