Working with Maurice was awesome. Everyone told me no, but he said yes and made it happen. His knowledge is what got me approved and I never realized how important that was. The most important aspect of a mortgage lender to me aside from the interest rate is responsiveness and customer service. In a competitive real estate market a house might go pending while you're waiting for a pre-approval letter or waiting to find out how much a home would cost in monthly payments. Maurice is responsive and easy to reach and that is what I valued most about his services.
