nothing but lies from our driver. always says he will do something but never does. calls to the office are very rarely returned. they know they have you in contract and have access to your bank so they don't care about the level of service they provide. missing uniforms. currently being charged for someone who isn't even there. terrible company.
ive tagged a uniform for a missing button every week since it was issued. ive used their repair app. they simply remove the tag and send it back. in a maintenance position, it becomes impossible to avoid burn when your shirt continues to come undone. this needed repair has been turned into them 16 times and returned with no repair

Maurer's Textile Rental Services is a legitimate business. They do a great job and are priced very fair. I recommend them to a business who expects to be treated with respect and honesty.
This company is absolutely ridiculous!!! I am surprised that they are still in business. We have had nothing but problems since mid 2014. We have yet to receive a correct order. Items are missing, torn to shreds and dirty. They skip deliveries on occasion but still charge us. Just today they called saying that we have not paid the last couple times...we are set up for automatic withdrawal, the woman claimed to have LOST our information!
