It was Saturday Oct 11, busy day at any Target store. I arrived on time, but there was a fire truck in front of the store that was making it difficult for traffic to move and patrons to go into the store. As I arrived at the store, I was told that I could not be dilated because I was late. The emergency paramedics were at the optical store door attending to an elderly customer.
