Maureen does an excellent job teaching this unique practice that helps to integrate all the interconnections of the body. She was particularly helpful to me in dealing with a frozen shoulder that wasn't responding to physical therapy. With her help, I am getting my full range of motion back!

I have taken Maureen's Feldenkrais classes with Arlington County for many years. I don't remember when I started but it might have been 15 years ago. Her classes have kept me flexible and able to get up after sitting on the floor at 76. She doesn't teach in the summer and my body is always glad to be back in class in the fall.

I have been a regular at Maureen's class for five years and have taken private sessions as well. I credit them with keeping me pain free and mobile during this time. Maureen has a deep respect for her craft and for the attendees at her classes.
