My wife and I had a large amount of legal paperwork for different areas of our life. Maureen was so pleasant and professional. She knew what we needed and was able to explain things in a way we understood clearly. She also steered us away from areas that could be a problem for us in the future. Horrible experience. Maureen was rude and impatient when asked basic questions regarding a power of attorney. She improperly prepared our family member’s will, which was later rejected by banks and mortgage lenders. This caused significant delays and forced our family to navigate an entirely avoidable and stressful process during an already difficult time.
