We purchased around $3000 worth of furniture and we're return customers but sadly we were treated poorly. My husband asked for a 1% discount which would have allowed us the extra funds to purchase a dining room table on top of our other purchase but nope, the owner instantly became Scrudge McDuck. He actually just walked away and never came back leaving my husband and an employee looking stupid. Will not return!
I just purchased two Lazy Boy Recliners from Maupin’s Home Furniture. I wanted a custom fabric which I expected to be more expensive than purchasing an in stock item. I was delighted when my salesman, John, advised my price on the two recliners would be $500 less than a quote I had received from a competitor on the same exact chairs with the same custom fabric. Perfect place to get furniture! They have everything you need. I went everywhere around town and couldn't find barstools, couldn't find any. Someone told me about this place, not only barstools, I mean WOW! I walked around and saw great quality furniture everywhere. They have an upstairs and downstairs to the store. So much to choose from. Good reading literature on the walls and great music playing. Definitely going back when my wife and I need more furniture! Service was amazing and above and beyond what you would expect.
Friendly employees and the couch we ordered was delivered promptly and with care.
