After a year and a half of stubborn, and sometimes severe lower back pain following an overuse injury, I was beginning to feel helpless. More traditional physical therapy failed to help, and massage, although beneficial, was a bandaid solution. Madeline not only validated my chronic pain, but identified the possible sources of the problem almost immediately. Although I only had a few appointments, she gave me the knowledge I needed to finally start healing.
Madeleine is great at what she does! I really appreciated her taking the time to explain to me what was going on with my body as well as being flexible with my busy schedule. Through her treatments of dry needling and prescribed exercises I have seen so much improvement. Mauna pt is a nice switch up from the busy, fast paced environment that physical therapy clinics can often have, I highly recommend her!
Madeline at Mauna PT is the absolute best! She has helped me overcome a few different running injuries and get back out on the trails and roads quickly. She is a talented and compassionate professional who will support your athletic pursuits, this practice is unmatched!
Madeleine is a great PT. She has not only helped me with areas needing Therapy, but also is generous with her knowledge and experience to help understand what is happening and how to address it and how to prevent further injury. I’ve delayed addressing issues and am so impressed how quickly and smoothly she helped me learn how to heal. Highly recommended!!!!
Came in after smacking a tree skiing, and got worked on for a few months following. Quality sessions with excellent, knowledgeable care helped me get back to work pain free and back out enjoying our valley. Both manual work and now needling! If you need help, I highly recommend this practice.
