It's a wastewater plant. What do you expect, one of the great seven wonders of the world?
I assume Magic Mike has an OEPA Wastewater II license or higher. If you look at satellite photos the discharge is actually cleaner that the usually silty Maumee River, showing up darker. Raw sewage? It was actually the City of Maumee that was discharging storm runoff. I'm sure Magic Mike can tell you the difference between raw sewage and storm runoff. Smell? They do what they can with the available funding. I'll avoid a lengthy post, do your homework, people.

The A-holes that operate this facility has been dumping raw sewage into the Maumee river for years, maybe decades. They have betrayed the public trust. They should be fired, fined, and have their public retirement rescinded.
