I had a really disappointing experience here. The customer service was lacking, and unfortunately, the person at the front desk didn’t seem knowledgeable about the services offered, which made it difficult to get the help I needed. I also felt uncomfortable during the interaction, as I perceived a level of judgment rather than a welcoming or professional approach. BEWARE!!! This company filed false tax returns under mine and my spouses SSN's! I informed them and they did nothing. They are legally obligated to report they filed false tax retuns and didn't. I'd like to know what type of ID they are accepting if any. Did they know they were filing false tax returns from the beginning???
I waited until the October extension deadline to file my taxes and was completely scrambled trying to find someone who could get it done in time. I called Regina at Maui Tax LLC, and she immediately got me set up and made sure everything was filed before the deadline. Kai prepared my taxes and went above and beyond to help me—far more than I could have imagined. If you’re looking for the right accountants in Hawaii, I can’t recommend this team enough.
