They got me set up well for a quick ride in the Kapalua Hills. I had everything I needs to explore the area and advice for where to ride. The trails were a bit overgrown, but with the eMTB, they fell behind quickly and I found myself on some remote roads above the duck pond. This is just what I needed to tire out the legs, mostly to myself.
Nothing but extreme gratitude and high praise for the Maui Sunriders Kapalua Bike Shop! My son and I wanted to ride up Haleakala and they provided us with two incredible rental bikes (at a very reasonable price), and some great advice on how best to approach the ride. We ended up having an epic day, including a successful summit, and a cherished memory and it simply wouldn't have been possible without Maui Sunriders. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience renting E-bikes. There was some super fun hilly paved trails very close to the store that we took. Half day renting was plenty of time for us. We were also provided bike locks if we wanted to go grab lunch. We had a great time and now I want to own an e-bike myself!
From my order with Jeffrey, to the delivery by Jeff, the owner, and finally the pick up from Scott, in Kapalua, the whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!!
The Kapalua store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on making my rental a hassle free and fun experience from start to finish. Some rental shops have levers and seats in terrible positions or a neglected fleet of bikes but everything at Maui Sunriders was perfection, meaning I could get on with have a blast on the bike thanks.
