The Kapalua store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on making my rental a hassle free and fun experience from start to finish. Some rental shops have levers and seats in terrible positions or a neglected fleet of bikes but everything at Maui Sunriders was perfection, meaning I could get on with have a blast on the bike thanks.

Friendly staff, bike was in great condition. Nice clean restroom / changing area. Water filling station. Great location if you want to ride north from the shop and avoid the busier parts of the road to the south.
Great bike shop. I wasn’t aware of this Kapalua shop and I rented elsewhere for my trip. I found myself having an issue with my bike and I was able to stop in and they helped me out with very honest prices and great service. When you have a limited amount of time to ride on vacation, and you’re able to get an issue taken care of quickly, it truly does enhance the trip. Thanks again and I look forward to renting from Maui Sunriders on a future trip.
