I want to start by saying that this is reflective of the current state of the spa during renovations. The Good: my wife and I experienced the 80 minute Lomi couples massage, and the experience was amazing. We felt amazing afterwards, and the therapists made sure to verify the right pressure and focus areas before and during the massage.
