I want to start by saying that this is reflective of the current state of the spa during renovations. The Good: my wife and I experienced the 80 minute Lomi couples massage, and the experience was amazing. We felt amazing afterwards, and the therapists made sure to verify the right pressure and focus areas before and during the massage. i used to love the four seasons, but recent experience at the spa for NAD therapy was awful. i was not notified of the major renovations, and that they’d be doing my treatment in a makeshift hotel room / facility. actually, i was told it would be a day of “self-care” with additional free cryotherapy and sauna. no — it was extremely expensive and not a good experience. kind of fee scammed based on what i was told on the phone. highly regret the money spent.
