i used to love the four seasons, but recent experience at the spa for NAD therapy was awful. i was not notified of the major renovations, and that they’d be doing my treatment in a makeshift hotel room / facility. actually, i was told it would be a day of “self-care” with additional free cryotherapy and sauna. no — it was extremely expensive and not a good experience. kind of fee scammed based on what i was told on the phone. highly regret the money spent.
I absolutely love the Four Seasons Spa. Laura Stephens, Lala as we call her, is my favorite body worker. Plus she’s doing facials now, so it’s an absolutely wonderful blend of face care with body rejuvenation. I leave feeling like a new woman!
The salon is so so so exceptionally bad, specially for the hair services. Renovation is ongoing & the whole place is such a make-shift weird setting. Expected the services atleast to be standard but it was so bad. Lady rushed like anything & neither had the right skills. Disappointing for four seasons to give such an experience
My sons treated me to a spa afternoon at the Four Seasons on Maui for my birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! The 80 minute massage by Asia was fantastic! She is strong and intuitive about where I needed. My facial by Lauren was definitely the best one I've ever had!! This spa is definitely worth the status and name associated with The Four Seasons world wide resorts.
