As a possible client, I started the process with Maui Mediation. In the beginning things were fine. They requested intake documents. No problem they were submitted. Weeks went by, no response. Followed back up said they were working on things and needed the intake forms again. Same exact copy. They were submitted. The other party also states all documents were submitted. The purpose of mediation is to offer an excellent opportunity to change the other side's perception of the case. As a lawyer I fully recommend against using Maui Mediation Services. In my 15 years of practicing law I can only say this group has a negative success rate for all of my clients.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR THEIR PAID REVIEWS. MY EXPERIENCE WITH MAUI MEDIATION WAS HORRIBLE. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY!
This is the most cost effective and drama free ways to handle conflict. It’s proven! The one star reviews I’m guessing are from emotional folks who didn’t fully engage in the process so they didn’t get a satisfying resolution. Good in = Good out! Mahalo!
