Dr. Dominguez was fantastic. Very experienced, knowlegeable & friendly. She explained everything in a way that made me feel safe & in good hands.
After having told Shannon I had experience with hypnotherapy in the past, I was told that my first session must be two hours long, with the first hour being an intro which I feel like I could have gone without especially given the cost but also because I felt like I was being sold on the idea of hypnotherapy (already was familiar) and given a big pep talk (I'm past that point) for ~40 of the first 60 minutes (small talk cut into this as well), with maybe 15 minutes being dedicated towards asking about why I came in, but I di... read more
