We love the fish print we got from Brian. It was a great way to remember an epic family fishing trip in Maui. Brian was easy to work with and clearly took care in not only making the print, but making sure it arrived to us safely.
Brian at Maui Fish Printing did an amazing job on a print of my 87 lb ulua. The detail came out incredible and it perfectly captured the fish. It turned a once-in-a-lifetime catch into something I’ll be proud to hang on the wall forever. Brian was great to work with and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. If you catch a special fish in Maui, this is the place to get it printed.
After catching a beautiful and large uku while visiting Maui I was referred to Brian at Maui Fish Printing. For those of you who don't know what fish printing is it's a very old Japanese technique known as gyotaku where they clean the fish and then apply paint to the fish and then press it onto rice paper to create a sort of paint transfer. The results are magnificent and such a unique method of preserving the memory of your catch.
