The lady on the left window was so rude. I called 2 weeks ago they said they open til 4:30 and the security in the building said they open til 5. I went there like 4pm and entered the door she yelled at us "Hey you guys can't just do that! We're closed!". First of all the door was open and I thought they're open til 4:30. She could've said it in a nice way, she doesn't have to be so rude. Oh my God, I feel bad for people going there. Terrible service. Clerk at the counter can barely speak ENGLISH. She was not very helpful.
the spelling of State Office Bilduing left something to be desired! after it was announced that all state offices would be open on Jan 2nd I drove over and it certainly did not seem to be open
