Josie and Paul are very communicative and thoughtful! We had to cancel our initial trip to Maui and rebook a year later, and they were super understanding and accommodating. We rented a Toyota Corolla for nearly 3 weeks. It had cold A/C the entire time, was cleaned impeccably, and had excellent tread on the tires (which helps ease your mind when driving in rain after a long sunny stretch or on narrow roads when passing other vehicles and needing to get closer to the edge of the pavement than can be comfortable). Josie and Maui Cruisers made our 10 day vacation a success. Pick up and drop off was an absolute breeze. The Aloha spirit set the tone for our trip. We utilized their Honda HRV and it was a great vehicle for Maui. It was also much more fun to drive than I thought it would be and got excellent gas milage. 2025 REVIEW: Once again, Maui Cruisers was simply the best option for car rental for our recent trip to Maui (April 5-19)!!! We had a great experience renting from Maui Cruisers. It was so handy to have the van there ready for us at OGG and didn’t have to go on the tram to pick up from the rental place. They also had both of the car seats that I needed at no extra charge. So handy! It was an older van but ran well and very clean inside. We love older Siennas so we actually preferred it over a newer van. Super economical. After seeing the pricing from other places it was a steal! Will use them every time we go to Maui.
