Most client unfriendly policies. We received a travel package as a honeymoon gift, including a rental car from Budget. Reservation was done in my husbands' name as being the main driver. Upon arriving at the Budget rental desk, we were told we had to add insurance. No problem, we wanted to pay with my credit card since my husband had forgotten his pay card.
