Definition of customer service! Very pleased with our new mattress and price was appropriate. Delivery was quick and easy and arrived when they said they would. I would highly recommend using mattress savvy.
It was a great experience buying a mattress here! We were helped by the owner and he listened, asked questions, offered and worked with us!! This is why a true small business is the best place to buy because they care about their business and the customers!! Thank You!!
Great customer service! Great price! I’ve done repeat business with Mattress Savvy for many years, and every bed in my house is from this store. Just purchased another mattress and adjustable base for my second home and I could not be happier with the ease of purchase and delivery. I won’t shop anywhere else.
We worked with Shane, the owner to find a mattress that fit our needs. He directed us towards something different than we had in mind but are happy with our purchase. Shane is very user friendly and easy to work with. He also took our old mattress. I would highly recommend them.
Such an amazing experience here. Walked us through all the different price ranges and comfort levels while working on staying within our budget. The lady there is very patient and knowledgeable and saved us hundred of dollars!
