My wife and I made the decision to purchase a new mattress. After trying a few other stores we found ourselves in Mattress Savvy. Shane was friendly, respectful of our questions and needs in our mattress decision and very knowledgeable about the products he sold. He was true to his word on pricing, quality, and delivery. He personally came with his team to deliver and set up my mattress and adjustable bed frame. In our search for the ideal mattress we happened to stop at Matress Savvy on Southshore Point Drive in Midlothian. So glad we did. We found exceptional customer service and bedding knowledge. They were very nice and very patience with us when I wasn’t sure which bed we wanted , he took his time with us .Delivery was great also .
Wonderful experience! Ace and Zane (the owner) really want to help you find what fits you best. Love that they're a local business, vs a big chain, you really feel the difference (even the showroom feels more personal).
