We found the right bed at an exceptional price without having to haggle. Our salesperson Shane was very professional and right from the initial greeting , was warm and inviting. We discussed what we were looking for , and he guided us through options and gave us insight about the features of each bed we looked at , again with a professional approach, not pushing. I could not recommend Mattress Savvy enough! My grandmother fell and broke bones in her back and was having the worst time with her bed. We went to Mattress Savvy and met with Shane who walked us through all of our options, explained everything very knowledgeably, and was so kind and patient. He was never pushy or rude, but really took the time to listen and care. We have been shopping around for a new mattress for some time now. Went to Mattress Savvy today and spoke with Shane. He gave great information on the mattresses in stock and gave us a really good deal when we made our choice. We would highly recommend visiting this location and speaking with Shane.
We just bought a mattress from the owner Shane and he was super helpful and friendly. He went over the different price ranges and helped us find what fit our budget but was still super comfortable. I would highly recommend buying from this small family business, it was way more friendly experience.
Shane is the person who helped me pick out my mattress that I have been wanting for years. He was an awesome sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the product.
