Zane is so knowledgeable and helpful--really knows his stuff. The delivery was flawless and quick, but I forgot to place the bed skirt over the box spring. I tried to get the delivery men back, but they were already on another delivery. So Zane said he would come by our house at 8:15 that night to help my husband lift the mattress, to facilitate the bed skirt placement. After a busy day at work, he was right on time and so helpful. That was exceptional customer service--he deserves a gold star.
I had a good shopping experience at Mattress Savvy. Nesim was extremely helpful when I went into the store the first time. When I went back to purchase my mattress, Zane, the owner, worked with me to see that I got what I wanted. There was a minor hiccup with the delivery day and time. We came in this afternoon to look at mattresses and had one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. Zane was extremely knowledgeable through the entire product line offered in his store. He asked good questions and was able to guide us to the mattress that best fit our needs. We are looking forward to our delivery and cannot recommend Zane any higher.
Nesium was very nice, professional & helpful. He took his time & explained the difference with the mattress choice. I am well please from the greetings to the purchase. He definitely deserve a 10☆
My wife and I came in here looking for a replacement for a mattress on our guest bedroom. This was the third mattress store we had been to. Nesim, was the first person at a store who actually listened to what we wanted. He immediately offered well thought alternatives and we wound up buying something even nicer than we planned on. The entire process was pleasant and efficient. Nesim actually wanted to help us not just sell something. We love this place and will recommend it all our friends.
