Chris was so great I would never go anywhere else. He gave us a great deal which genuinely helped us so much, if it wasn't for him I'd be sleeping on the floor. The bed is extremely comfortable and better than any bed I've had in 15 years. Thanks Chris, I'll definitely be back.
Chris is a friendly and down to earth guy that was able to effortlessly & effectively assess our needs and body shapes to help us find the right mattress. He was also very transparent about their sales policies, warranties, etc. We had been to 3 different stores before this one and came up short finding something we liked but were pleasantly surprised by the options and quality of the beds on the show floor. Chris, the salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable , and friendly. He answered all questions and guided me through the different options. There was no high pressure sales approach ! Thank you, Chris . The delivery team was DJ and Sarah who were courteous and efficient. What exceptional service for FREE delivery and set-up! Your attention to meeting your customer's needs was truly appreciated. I highly recommend Mattress Outlet for their quality products and outstanding customer service.
