If I could give 0 stars trust me, I would! We originally had a great experience with this place when I purchased my vanity months ago. Unfortunately, we purchased a sofa and entertainment center almost 6 weeks ago and have not received our furniture! I wouldn't be so upset if they at least communicated with us on the delay however we are getting nothing but crickets from them! I came in to Furniture Depot hoping to find the perfect bed set for college and I am pleased to say i found the perfect one at a great price! Not only was Mrs. Lori extremely funny, but she had the greatest personality too! I am greatful for the customer service I received.
The lady who ran the store was so awesome really appreciated her !! Got me to purchase 2 couches she was so good !
I was VERY disappointed to see that the original sofa I was purchasing and paid $999 for at Furniture Depot is $899.99 at Ashley and the sleeper sofa Furniture Depot switched me to when the first one was not available is only $649.99 at Ashley (I was still charged $999). That's a HUGE markup. 😬 I thought Furniture Depot was giving me a better price than I would receive at Ashley. I did appreciate the prompt delivery of the new sofa sleeper and haul away of the old sofa sleeper.
