Great customer service!
The two guys are helpful if you want to buy a mattress but that is it. I went in to this location after buying at another to exchange box springs and was no help at all with honoring the gift with purchase that I originally received. Went home, called the original store, done in 5 seconds. All of this stuff is on a computer, truly not that serious, and people can be helpful if they want to be.
Excellence support choosing new pillows, I tried about a dozen then there was a clear choice at the end. Thanks mattress firm.
