I purchased a "medium" memory foam mattress at this location and received a "firm" mattress instead. The sales slip designated the fact. When I approached a salesman about the issue his comment said there wasn't any difference between the two! What?!! The showroom mattress was much softer and had a completely different feel than the one I received. I finally got sick of waking up sore and said I wanted to return the mattress for FULL refund... but the salesman said there is a 10% charge. So I take it in the shorts for ov... read more
