I am sorry to say that my experience with Mattress Discounters in Milpitas on Main street has been very disappointing. We purchased a cour mattress and Jessica bed frame in Oct 2024 and setup an appointment for assembly of the bed frame. They came over with the new mattress and tried to setup the bed frame but wasn't setup correctly. Within a few days they were back to fix it because I complained the bed wasn't setup properly. They came a second time around and took at least 1 hour to assemble it "correctly" and placed the m... read more
I went in the store to look for a twin mattress and box spring for my son’s bed. Great customer service. Showed me all products with good price. Very satisfied and recommend other customers to stop buy.
This place is not rated a five star and a good I would rate this place minus five stars I would never take my business there again
