This store doesn't honor their warranties. We spent 1200 on a mattress and the protective cover that Jack recommended. 2 years into having this mattress, it failed miserably. We provided pictures for proof of craftsmanship failure, Jack stop responding. We even had a 10 year warranty. Definitely a terrible experience. Don't even deserve a 1 star but, I have to put something.

The best experience ever in purchasing a mattress! Jack is great! He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. I highly recommend this store!
